Elizabeth is Associate General Counsel at GV. Elizabeth advises the digital investing team and has spent over a decade at GV.

Before joining GV in 2012, Elizabeth was an associate at Cooley LLP. She counseled institutional investors and a variety of public and private companies on venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and securities transactions.

Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in History from Stanford University and her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.
