Laura joined GV from GoogleX, where she drove product strategy for moonshot technologies, including self-driving cars, smart contact lenses, and drones.
Prior to X, Laura spent several years in London spearheading Google’s first efforts in consumer electronics retailing, now replicated in hundreds of stores in more than 10 countries. She also co-founded Runa, a tea and clean-energy drink company that employs several thousand indigenous Amazonian farmers and is sold in more than 7,000 stores nationwide.
Laura lives in San Francisco, where she is a founding member of Glide.org’s Legacy Committee, a group committed to expanding Glide’s 51-year legacy of social-justice innovation in the Bay Area.
Laura received a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University.
